infinite CircularLoadingIndicator even when 0-0 results

A Circular LoadingIndicator is being showed even when there are no matching issues with the filter.

Same issue. Seems like the server or database is unresponsive.

Same Issue, I checked console, it says
Access to fetch at '' from origin 'https://fixme.ossn.club' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: It does not have HTTP ok status.

I'll leave it open because the frontend should remove the loader when it gets 0 issues and display smth like "no issues where found at the moment, if you have any filters try removing them otherwise please report an issue at https://github.com/ossn/fixme/"
