We have tested cuOSQP with CUDA Toolkit versions 10 and 11. Which version do you use?

Ver 9 with no luck. Thanks, that is helpful.

If we have Tesla K80 w/ 3.7 is it a lost cause?

I think we need compute capability version at least 5.2.
