Feature request: more buttons for each book

Users would like the option for more than three sale buttons: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/more-buttons-for-customization?replies=3#post-7756887

Perhaps buttons could be added as a repeater field? e.g. https://github.com/WebDevStudios/CMB2/wiki/Field-Types#group

unfortunately, the site that planetahuevo offers above is no longer available.
We are also interested in the option for more sale buttons - in the current publishing environment, it becomes even more important to allow site visitors a number of different options.
