It was secretly murdered at night by dev, while he was sleeping, so that none of the users knew them.

This is not an original, it is fork. Not to mention that is with more buggs than 3.8, also causes 500 errors

I never said it's original. If you want, you can use old 3.8 with vulnerabilities as much as you want. Even theme and plugin developers like osclasspoint.com updated their plugins to comply with 3.9 and support 3.9 itself.

500 errors are caused by outdated plugins of yours, we already discussed that.

last version plugins ... they can not be outdated. Weirdly on the websites that i havent installed this version I had no problems... Hows that ?

Alternatively, you can check Laravel based new open source classified platform OpenClassify. Comes PyroCMS and VueJS out of box.
