Add Support for GeoIP2 Web Services Integration

Hello,

First of all, thank you for your continuous maintenance and updates to this project. Currently, the project only supports IP geolocation queries using the local GeoIP2 database. I would like to suggest adding support for GeoIP2 Web Services to enable real-time IP geolocation without the need for a local database.
