isis-status #6

As for the level attribute, I would suggest (following a conversation with
Olga the last day):
- Having a level attribute at node level, that is mandatory.
- Optionally, when the node has Level1-2, each TP may have a level
attribute. This is to cover the (relatively frequent) situations when a
Level-1-2 node, has some interfaces restricted to be just of one level.

TP has isis-termination-point-attributes
Link has isis-termination-point-attributes
Is there a good reason to have level in isis-status for node and that it
is not in isis-status in tp?
My suggestion is to just have isis-node-attributes, this simplifies and
can be done as a recommendation for the basic extensions.
