User story: I want to add a report/company

I can check the list of companies (and their reports) that are available in the PDF catalogue (TBC ; link to the catalogue). If I do not find a specific company or report:

• I check other sources to retrieve the report
• I upload the PDF report (where? how? interface?)
• I make sure to provide all the information required to properly reference and store the report, e.g. name, year, metadata
• The PDF will be stored onto the S3 bucket and the catalogue (automatically?) updated for further use
• My newly added report is ready to be used

There should be a validation step (file is not corrupted, relevant, not already existing in the catalogue) before uploading the PDF onto the S3 bucket.
