pgmq lost permission

im sending messages to pgmq through edge functions with the following code:

It works really well for the first messages, suddendly it stops working.

If I recreate a different queue and re-run this, it works again. Really strange.

There appears to be some issue with the REST access and permissions.
There are a couple of users in Discord with the issue and now the dashboard has shut that option off saying it has issues.
