What are the steps for creating a new Sector#3 priority proposal?

Ideation: Post your idea in the 💡 Priority Proposals category.
On-chain voting and execution: If the idea in the discussion thread is well received, create an on-chain proposal with Tally.

Note: To create a new on-chain proposal, you need to hold at least 2.049 $SECTOR3 tokens (0.1% of the total token supply).
