Office Hours

Hello fellow Paketo Buildpackers!
In a recent Working Group meeting the idea of adding an Office Hours was purposed and it was agreed that maybe starting some trial meeting would be good to test out formats and frequency. However, in order to get started we need to find a time and day that works for the larger community. Therefore if I could get some feedback on days and times that would work for individuals in the larger community that would be much appreciated!

I will use this thread through out the Office Hours trial process and will probably add various question and calls for feedback along the way. I hope to schedule the first Office Hours within the next couple of weeks depending on the level of interested.
