Perhaps the config could specify the preferred branch to push/pull changes with, vs having the user be able to change it themselves.

You use a develop/staging branch in osmosis like MagicMirrorOrg/MagicMirror#3025 (comment) too, right?

I am thinking of adding a quick fix with a defaultBranch property in the config.

Not on the roadmap so far.

1. What is your use case? Contributors can work on main and open a PR against other branches already.
2. I opened an issue for public roadmapping public roadmaps #793. Your feedback on "good roadmapping" from a users perspective would help!

Current website does not have i18n. I'd like to add it for future version, so I created a branch for this purpose. But no one can use https://inlang.com/editor to start working unless you are on the main branch.
Current solution is that I copied it to a new repo and start working on it, but it is not an ideal solution.

We now support branches within the editor as #1497 has been merged 🎉

This should support more flexible workflows. A branch parameter in the URL makes it possible, e.g. to forward translators directly to the dev branch. The time it takes to change branches will improve in a few weeks.
