Kindly informed that the first release version of Mixcore CMS will be with ASP.NET Core v5.0.

For the one that would like to test with ASP.NET Core v3.0. Kindly use the following LTS branch here:
https://github.com/mixcore/mix.core/tree/LTS/dotnet-core-v3.x
