Bad dl checker

It's me again, this time (last time: #279) with a checker for bad dl (a li that starts with : , which means it failed to parse):

(The filtering logic looks a bit terrible, because I'm not familiar with jQuery APIs.) I feel like this could be part of the flaw system as well...
