Just getting started with the DevOps Foundation product and am having a lot of trouble reconciling the production examples in the terraform-aws-service-catalog and terraform-aws-cis-service-catalog with what I am trying to do. Just looking at what I thought was simple - standing up a bastion host. But I can't figure out how to build an AMI in my shared AWS account with the new hotness. It seems like I don't need the ecs-deploy-runner because I have the newest version of the Pipelines product. But I can't figure out if there is a Github Action in Pipelines that would run the script in infrastructure-live/shared//_regional/amis/build_bastion_host.sh
