Basic Debian devenv now working

I have added a basic devenv based on Debian, available at https://github.com/gbraad-devenv/debian or https://debian.devenv.gbraad.nl/. Have been using this over the weekend for general use, like remote connectivity, editing other code and some experiments. So far, so good... although still a lot is missing, which over time I will add. Though, it also shows I might remove some things from the Fedora image that aren't used as often to slim the base image down.
