Support for extra units for the Unit Input

Currently the Unit Input is limited in support for units supported by Intl.NumberFormat which makes sense.

It would be handy, though, to have a hook for extending support to other units. For example, ton and metric ton.

I'm currently working on a project that supports industrial manufacturing and we deal a lot in these larger units.
