Prerequisites
What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe..
in the recent 3.25 update anchor links are now showing up more in search results. Although this is not inherently a bad thing, The TOC widget anchor names currently lack meaningful context. (For example: #elementor-toc__heading-anchor-2)
Describe the solution you'd like.
Add the ability to customize the anchor links or pull dynamically from the header title.
Describe alternatives you've considered.
