Site settings resetting to default initial state

Losing faith in Elementor quickly...

We have hundreds of websites all custom designed with color palettes, typography, buttons, layout and site settings, and one by one they are resetting to default initial settings. All color palettes disappearing, fonts reset to default roboto. What the hell is going on?

Even worse Ive contacted Elementor support and no one seems to understand what I'm talking about. One said its probably cache, the next asked me if I would like to apply default settings to all websites? Are you even reading my issue properly???

Has anyone else experienced this or knows what may be causing it?

I am now having to rollback websites to previous backups but a few days later it happens again.

Need a solution quick before this happens to more sites.

Asked multiple support at Elementor and none seem to read my issue or understand what I am saying...

Useless.

It main difference I see with backup and current is Elementor Pro from 3.1.1 to 3.3
Is there a problem with Pro 3.3 ???
