installing gqrx-sdr fails

Fresh install of 7.1, ran sudo apt update and then sudo apt install gqrx-sdr, answered yes to the prompt, and got a bunch of 404s, e.g.:

Tried again later in the evening, and I noticed after running apt update again, that there were some upgrades to install, so I did that, and was able to install gqrx-sdr.
