Format Options

I wrote a plugin, that works with format to help use the correct values for expected results. Here is an example:

enum FormatOptions {
    Year: 'y',
    YearOrdinal: 'yo',
    YearTwoDigit: 'yy',
    YearThreeDigit: 'yyy',
    YearFourDigit: 'yyyy',
    YearMinimumFiveDigit: 'yyyyy',
}

I am wondering if this would be a good addition or your thoughts on something like this?
