How can I get moment of the day, like morning, evening?

Hello, first of all, it's a pleasure to work with this library, thanks!

I'm trying to get the time of day based on a date. Like morning, evening, etc.

With format(new Date(), "B") I'm getting something close, "in the morning", I'd like the same but only the period of time morning.

Any idea how to achieve this?
