When doing code review on github.com and looking at the files changes, I cannot see the full filename (or path) where the changes have been made. This makes CR difficult as it's harder to follow visually what am I looking at or clicking on. I would like to propose to make the width of the section where the list of file changed are displayed resizable.

Also please allow side scrolling if the contents are wider than the width of the panel itself.

Yes this feature is very needed .
My work around until we get this feature is use the developer toolbar (F12) and expand the panel through javascript in the console:

document.querySelector("[data-target='diff-layout.sidebarContainer']").style.resize = "horizontal"

or

document.querySelector("[data-target='diff-layout.sidebarContainer']").style.width = "400px"
