my github readme repo isnt showing up on my profile

• when i search my username from another account it shows no user found
  

everything is public
profile readme file and its public

private profile is not enabled

After changing my github username,
my profile and repositories are not visible to others.

Creating Your First Repository
After creating your account, you can upload your first project or files by creating a new repository:

1.Go to GitHub Homepage: On the GitHub homepage, click on the "+" icon in the upper right corner and select "New repository."
2.Fill in Repository Details: Enter the repository username and description.
3.Initialize with a README: Check the "Initialize this repository with a README" option to create a README file when the repository is created.
4.Create Repository: Click the "Create repository" button.
