Horizontal scroll bar overlaps code when long single lines code are displayed for files in a PR

Text in a file changes vie on PRs that contain a single line of code which spans more than the width of the displaying text field can not be marked selectively with the mouse. This prevents selective copy pasting from such code blocks.

Compare that to the code block where the scroll bar is below the code:

Lorem ipsum is placeholder text commonly used in the graphic, print, and publishing industries for previewing layouts and visual mockups.

If the mouse is over the code, the scroll bar appears and it becomes impossible to click on the text to select it for copying.

This has been resolved, the vertical space has been increased and the scroll bar is now displayed below the line of text.
