Hide users in organization from other users

Hi,

We have an organization where we have different teams marked as "secret" which means that other users does not see these teams. We do however have external partners added to these teams, and even if other users can't see the secret teams or the people in them, they can see all members in the organization and a user is automatically added to the organization when he is added to a secret team.

Is there any option to hide visibility of organization members from other members so that you can only see users in your own team?
