I installed Github on the Windows PC, I put the files in the repository, but access is only on the PC and does not go up to the URL page.
It's not uploading the files I add...

The default installation files are available in the repository, on the PC and in the URL, but the files I put in are not.
If you upload via browser, it appears normally, but if you put it in the folder created on the PC, it does not upload. Even when in public mode.

I would like help to know where I am going wrong.
