Pagination for .atom feeds

I cannot find a way to access other pages in .atom feeds - for example releases.atom. Right now only the items on the first page are displayed (example: https://github.com/github/linguist/releases.atom) is there a way to get all items in one feed or open feeds for other pages? I have tried adding ?page=2 to the atom url which didn't work.
