Recovering repositories

Hi, for security reasons I had to delete a user from our organization, but the repositories related to that user also disappeared. Does anyone know how can I recover them?

If anyone in your organization cloned the repositories, they can push them back to GitHub. Look for .git directories in local copies or backups.
