I couldn’t pass the Certification of GitHub Education.

I'm a student in Japan. My Certification is all written in Japanese. So I put with a translation of it, but it also rejected.
I put correct first and last name, but the failed email said it doesn't contains your name.
Does anyone know the solution? Please let me know if you have one.
