Rejected teacher application for GitHub Education

Hi all,

I have tried to submit my application as a teacher several times but always get declined.

The message is as follows:

I am quite confused because firstly, I cannot find GitHub Education support ticket (sry but I am quite new to github); secondly, my github name is exactly the same as that on my job certification. I have no idea what's wrong with the screen system.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
