I just retrieved my account! I created a new account to open a ticket, and GitHub replied after about two weeks. They sent a link to access my account and advised me to open another ticket through it. After that, I just waited for their response. |

My account has been flagged, and the organizational features have been disabled. I tried to open a ticket, but it seems that it wasn’t created.
