I'm in a bit of a tricky situation and could use some advice. I have an account with active education benefits that I can't access due to 2FA issues, though I still have working CLI access to my repositories. Support has confirmed they can't transfer the benefits to a new account.

I've been trying to resolve this for over a month through support tickets, but haven't had any luck. While I can prove ownership through my CLI token and repository access, I'm stuck on how to proceed.
