I know my email and password for npm login but forgot about npm user name
I am facing trouble to login
what can I do?

Go to the npm website (https://www.npmjs.com/) and go to “Forgot Password” to begin the password reset process

Once you receive the password reset email, you will be able to access your account from there and see your user name
