I have encountered a problem when sending an access request that cannot be resolved through the support ticket.
Initially, I couldn't choose the back camera of the phone for a normal photo, so I took a photo on the front. At my university, the full name is written by hand and a seal is put confirming its validity, which overlaps my full name. As a result of several attempts to send my student ID, I get an instant refusal.
I was hoping that I could submit it for manual review via support, but there is no such feature.
I need help. What should I do?
