Student account reinstatement

Hi everyone,

Hi folks,
Does anyone know who I can reach out to about a student's account? It seems to have been flagged/hidden without warning. The student filled out a reinstatement request three weeks ago, but nothing has happened.
As a result, they can't proceed in their coursework...their student benefits are tied to this account too.
If anyone knows how to get this accelerated, i'd appreciate it.
