Template Repository: Update package.name to New Repository Name

I recently used the "Use this template" option to create a new repository from an existing template. However, I noticed that the package.name in the newly created repository still retains the name of the original repository, instead of updating to reflect the new repository's name.

It's not a big deal, just curious if that is expected behavior?
