I am having trouble renewing my GitHub Education license, even though I have provided all the required information. Below is a summary of my situation and the steps I have taken:

I uploaded my enrollment verification document from my educational institution.
The document clearly shows my name, the name of my institution, and my current enrollment date.
However, my application was declined, and I am unsure why.
I have reviewed the requirements listed on the GitHub Education page and ensured that my documentation meets the stated criteria.

Could you please help me understand why my application was rejected and what I can do to resolve this issue?
