Its been a few days now but I've been getting slow download speeds when connected to the middle-eastern CDN and I've others within my country and in another country to download the same item and we all have the same issue of <100KB/s speeds.

Ofcourse as is apparent, changing IPs does not work and the only thing that works is using a VPN which allows me to increase my speed from said numbers above to more than 5MB/s.

The issue has been happening for atleast 3 days
