Dear team,

I want a file in a path that should be specified in the repository while creating the repo. This is to have a public key to automate and enable git secret reveal option.

Give an option to Organization owner that they can upload a file or path to file [anyfile] and it should ask to enable or disable while creating a repository like how the readme option pops up.

The above one is my org,

Let say i have one option same like "Link Patreon account" [Upload custom files with path]

that will have option to define path name and upload multiple files. Same way option to add one-more path field.

Who ever select this option and upload files, if any repo gets created under this org it should have option to have any of these paths or not, Just like README.

Under "Initialize this repository with:"

should ask to add or not!!!

Reason behind this is to add a public key to enable git secret feature for "git secret tell " to "git secret reveal"

3. Organization Settings:
For the organization owner to have the ability to upload a file or specify a path:

This can be integrated into the repository creation API or GitHub App. The app can ask the owner whether they want to upload a specific file, such as a public key.
The file can then be stored in a predefined path in the repository (/public_key.pem, for example), and the app could automate enabling or disabling git secret reveal.

3. Custom Scripts or Hooks:
You can also create custom scripts or pre-commit hooks to automate these actions. These hooks can be stored in your repository and triggered based on file existence or settings defined during repo creation.

4. UI Toggle like README Option:
