Issue: Unable to Create New Lists - Hangs Indefinitely

Description:
I am experiencing an issue where I can no longer create new lists. I already have 7 lists created successfully, but when I attempt to create an additional list, the process hangs indefinitely. After clicking the "Create" button, the status shows "Creating..." but the list is never created.

same for me, but if i refresh the page, the list has been created
