Can't Clear Java.lang.classnotfoundexception error.

Hello. I am a student and I have been given a project to create a captcha system in Eclipse IDE using Java and Apache Tomcat. I have never used these but I have the basic knowledge in programming. but in due course of the project, I got this error and I cant find my way around it. I would appreciate any help I can get.
