Commits CI status not reported in PR between two repositories

Hello, I did a PR between a fork and the forked repository, but I have a problem:
there is required status check in the source repository, the workflow have run on the fork side (reported in my fork's actions) BUT is not reported in the remote/forked repository, and the PR is blocked.

When a clone of the branch have been done from the fork to the forked repository and a new PR created, the CI status has been reported (because a new run has been done) which unlocked the previous PR, but we can't do that each time.

I found strange that the status isn't reported on both sides when doing a PR between forks.
