Dismiss codeowners reviews based on pushed changes in a PR

For our repository we use Require review from Code Owners and Dismiss stale pull request approvals when new commits are pushed for pull request to protected branches.

However, when new changes are pushed, all the reviews are dismissed. Is it possible to make it so only reviews from code owner of the newly changed files is dismissed.

Here is the scenario:

1. Dev creates a PR to change fileA and fileB. C1 is code owner of fileA and C2 is code owner of fileB.
2. C1 and C2 approve.
3. Dev pushes changes to fileA.

Expected: only C1's review is dismissed.
Actual: Both reviews are dismissed.
