Cannot login to Citedrive 4.0

@garethbilaney Hi! I was trying to log into my account after the 4.0 update. However, I was told that my credentials were not valid. When I tried to reset my password no emails ever arrived in my inbox. I have a group report due soon and everyone uses the same citedrive project. Can you please help?

Hi! Sorry for the trouble. It seems we had the wrong API set up, but everything should be working in a moment.

although on a separate, less urgent note, I noticed some colouring issues in the UI. The text is the same colour as the background in this drop-down box

Also, I noticed that the function to cite a website has disappeared. Is that intended or a bug?

Thanks for pointing that out! Which browser are you using? Regarding the website citing button, we’ve intentionally retired the old one and are currently working on a new, more robust version.

Hi! This is the version of Chrome I'm using.

Is there any way you could re-enable the old one for now? Our report is due on the 29th and the old version has been carrying the project. It would be a shame to lose that function halfway through the project
