Fixes compared to RC1:

• static tests are now interleaved with dynamic tests in the order they were declared in the file (Execution order of dynamically registered tests #860)
• setting PATH in free code does not break bats-gather-tests anymore (bats-preprocess: command not found in bats 1.11.0-rc1 #858)
