Having an issue with the getNetworkInfo post request as documented in the vapix library. Header = content-type: application/json. Using Digest Auth. Credentials are confirmed working through the device UI. Keep getting 401 not authorized response. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I appreciate your willingness to offer advice. However, I have already followed the suggestion to use digest authentication in both links. It appears that the D8208-R is actually a product made by Lantronix, with Axis firmware applied. As a result, the CGI/VAPIX options are extremely limited compared to other Axis hardware.

Thank you for the details! 😄 I haven't personally used the AXIS D8208-R Industrial PoE++ Switch, but I now understand that these devices have limited support for VAPIX APIs.

The only API details I found in the manual are outlined in the section Switch ports on/off using VAPIX.
