Axis Media SDK some PCs show "This page requires a secure connection which includes server authentication ..."

Been using Media Control for 15 years with no problems. Now some Windows 10 PCs show "This page requires a secure connection which includes server authentication. The certificate issuer for this site is untrusted or unknown. Do you wish to proceed?" when connecting to an Axis camera. Options are Yes, No, View Certificate. None of the options will show video. Just get a popup on the control that shows "The stream is unavailable ...". The same application works on other PCs with the same cameras. Same Media Control SDK 7.52 on all PCs. Can't find anything different about the PCs where it doesn't work.

As per my understanding, "The certificate issuer for this site is untrusted or unknown" is related to the self-signed certificate. Try adding the certificate to the trusted list.

I have tried adding the certificate but it doesn't help. I have never had to add certificates on any other PCs. I wouldn't want to add a certificate for every camera. There must be some security setting that is causing this.
