Drag & Drop issues due to UAC on Windows 11

While disabling UWP (not sure about Windows 10, but on Windows 11), there should be a note that the Drag & Drop feature will stop working due to a Windows bug. I went to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System and changed the value of EnableLUA from "0" to "1," which fixed the issue. However, the other components remain untouched, as Atlas still indicates that the UAC configuration panel is disabled when I try to open it.
