That means you don't have drivers installed. Specifically your motherboard or chipset drivers, without them your usb ports are not recognised by windows. Best thing to do is to search up your motherboard (for pc) or laptop model and download your chipset drivers from your manufacturer's support website. Once installed it should detect your usb ports. If you don't know your model, i recommend following our SDIO guide which will find a driver for you. I didn't see a issue for this already. After a clean win10 install and running Atlas playbook, things mostly seem to be working. However when I attach any usb stick, it fails to mount or show at all. I can't even see it in disk management.
In device manager I see with tithe ! marker. Both sticks I have tried work fine on my windows tablet and both work fine in ubuntu on the dual booted on the same computer. So that leaves win10/atlas as the pof most likely. Maybe I missed something in the play book that would block this?
