Save model parameter of VAEs and Diffusers #3

Current code for VAEs and Diffusers do both of training and sampling in main function.

It's convenient to save model parameter so that we can try sampling without training the model again.

We want this feature especially for conditional Diffusers because we want to try it several times with different conditions(labels).
